The Growth team at Zefir is responsible for accelerating our customer acquisition while optimizing the full conversion funnel. In 2024, we’ve tripled our number of clients, increased by >60% our conversion rates while reducing our acquisition costs. Our ambition: deliver the best customer experience in the real estate industry while sustaining fast-paced, scalable and efficient growth.

As our B2B Growth, your mission is to scale the number of real estate agencies connected to Zefir’s platform and turn them into engaged, high-performing partners. You'll own the strategy and execution of our go-to-market, lead generation, and sales enablement initiatives.

Reporting to Constance, our Growth Lead, you’ll also collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and Product to drive revenue growth and boost acquisition efficiency.

Mission

Build Zefir's B2B playbook from scratch 👷

  • Define and test go-to-market strategies to acquire and convert real estate agencies (targeting, messaging, outreach, etc.)
  • Refine Zefir’s B2B value proposition and translate it into actionable sales and marketing content
  • Run lead generation initiatives across outbound/inbound campaigns, automation, and AI-powered personalization
  • Optimize the acquisition funnel to improve conversion and cost-effectiveness
  • Drive activation of new agencies by ensuring smooth onboarding and quick time-to-value
  • Sales Enablement: support & empower the Sales team to improve funnel performance (outreach, qualification, pitch, etc.)
  • Empower the Sales team with the tools to reach their maximum efficiency through efficient workflows, automation, and lead management processes using Hubspot
Expected
  • 6–8 years of experience in launching & scaling complex projects. Bonus if you have XP in B2B growth, operations (in a startup environment) or consulting
  • Strong track record of driving results and impact in fast-paced, execution-focused teams
  • Used to navigating uncertainty and structuring vast & complex problems in an actionable way without a pre-existing playbook
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (SQL knowledge is a plus)
  • Hands-on and proactive, willing to roll up your sleeves to build new systems autonomously and to learn through trial and error
  • Experienced in (or at least with a strong appetite for) leveraging automation tools & AI to scale processes & boost performance.
  • Collaborative team player experienced in leading cross-functional projects
  • Bonus : Experienced in Sales enablement and / or familiar with Hubspot workflows
