In 2024, we’ve tripled our number of clients, increased by >60% our conversion rates while reducing our acquisition costs. Our ambition: deliver the best customer experience in the real estate industry while sustaining fast-paced, scalable and efficient growth.

Directly reporting to Constance, our Growth Lead and working closely with our Acquisition, Sales, Ops & Product teams, you will be the driving force behind the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to home sold. Leveraging CRM & marketing automation, data-driven decision-making and AI-powered personalization, your mission will be to drive revenue through conversion and retention.

Mission

Optimize conversion & revenue

  • Architect high-impact automated activation & nurturing campaigns (email, sms, Sales calls) to drive conversion from leads to clients. Leverage advanced segmentation, rigorous A/B testing, and personalized experiences to significantly lift conversion rates and drive revenue, in close collaboration with the Acquisition & Sales teams.

Maximize Seller retention & advocacy all along the lifecycle

  • Define the optimal strategy to maximize retention and advocacy throughout the Seller lifecycle, until the home is sold. Craft and implement automated campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS) that proactively enhance Seller NPS, reduce churn, and cultivate advocacy, while boosting adoption of the latest product features.

Automation & AI-Powered Personalization

  • Build, deploy and refine multi-channel programs leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools (customer.io, Hubspot), and embed AI-driven messaging to deliver hyper-personalized content at scale—minimizing manual effort while maximizing relevance.

Data Analytics

  • Own performance tracking via SQL-backed dashboards (BigQuery); run deep analyses to uncover process bottlenecks and customer behavior trends; translate insights into targeted segmentation and optimization roadmaps that drive conversion, retention and customer satisfaction.

Cross-Company Complex Projects

  • Lead end-to-end initiatives spanning Operations, Marketing, Product and external partners (real estate agents), aligning stakeholders on priorities and ensuring fast & impactful execution of ambitious company-wide initiatives.
Expected

3-5 years in consulting, Sales/Revenue Operations or CRM lifecycle & automation

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact by boosting operational efficiency and client experience in fast-moving, challenging environments.

Data-driven & Analytical

  • Comfortable writing SQL queries and turning data into concrete action plans. Bonus if you're familiar with webhooks and low-code automation tools (eg. Pipedream, n8n).

Doer, with a very impact-oriented mindset

  • Determination to achieve ambitious targets and deliver concrete results autonomously.

Marketing automation expertise

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like customer.io, Braze or Hubspot : multi-channel campaigns (email, sms, Whatsapp), client segmentation, A/B tests and setting up automated workflows

Leadership of complex cross-company projects

  • Able to to steer complex, cross-functional projects across Ops, Sales, Marketing, Product and our external partners (real estate agents) to deliver a mindblowing client experience

  • Fluent in English and French.
