We are recruiting a Head of Sales Operations to drive our commercial performance strategy.

Leading a team of 4 Sales Operations professionals, your role will be to transform our processes and optimize the efficiency of our sales teams.

Mission

Management:

  • Supervise and mentor the Sales Operations team.

Processes & Efficiency:

  • Manage, document, and optimize sales processes, including lead management, territory and portfolio management, and sales reporting.
  • Promote knowledge management and clear documentation of all sales and marketing processes.

Technology & Innovation:

  • Collaborate closely with the central Operational Excellence team to implement sales technology solutions (CRM, sales enablement tools, etc.) and improve data quality to increase sales productivity.
  • Encourage the adoption of AI within the sales team to facilitate sales and improve productivity.

Strategy & Growth:

  • Design and implement sales campaigns.
  • Manage local relationships with suppliers.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales operations with overall company objectives, such as revenue improvement and churn prevention.

Performance Management:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and sales analysis teams to set sales targets, design compensation plans, and analyze sales performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales CRM system. Ensure that processes and product adoption lead to a high level of data quality in the CRM.

Training & Support:

  • Provide training and support to the sales team on tools, processes, and sales best practices.
Expected
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in sales operations, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership position. Experience in a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm is an asset.
  • You have experience in the French SaaS markets, particularly within SMEs.
  • You have a perfect command of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. You have hands-on experience in implementing technological solutions for sales enablement.
  • You have proven experience in implementing successful AI use cases for sales enablement and productivity.
  • You know how to analyze complex data to make strategic decisions.
  • You have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to create an environment of trust.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
