Presti is a Y Combinator-backed startup that helps furniture companies create lifestyle images of their products using AI.

We hit $1M ARR in 10 months and are scaling fast.

Our edge? We’re laser-focused on furniture and have built the most advanced, industry-specific AI image generation engine on the market. We’re now looking for a sharp, driven Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO and help us scale to the next level.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the CEO on critical projects across ops, product, strategy, and growth. This is a unique opportunity to get a front-row seat to startup scaling and play a key role in shaping the company.

You’ll support the CEO on a wide variety of strategic and operational topics, including:

• Launch & Scale Strategic Projects - Own and execute key initiatives end-to-end before handing off. First mission: scale our “Outsourced by Presti” service from €3K to €1M in revenue.
• Embed AI Across the Org - Roll out AI copilots to boost productivity across Customer Success, Ops, and beyond.
• Drive Growth Projects - Lead initiatives on upsell, churn reduction, pricing strategy, and major event prep.
• Boost Feature Adoption - Ensure new features (e.g. video generation) are used, loved, and iterated on with actual user feedback.
