Zefir is rebuilding how people sell their homes. Today, our seller funnel is a 20+ day, human-intensive process that works, but won't scale internationally. Your job is to change that. As Seller Funnel Lead, you'll own the end-to-end redesign of our seller journey, from first contact to live listing. The goal isn't incremental optimization. It's a structural shift: cutting our cost-to-serve dramatically, unlocking direct P&L impact, and building an operating model light enough to export to new markets without replicating headcount.You'll operate at the intersection of Ops, Product, Sales, and Growth — not as a support function, but as the person driving the strategic roadmap for how Zefir operates on the seller side.
1. Redesign the seller funnel from first principles
Architect the move from a high-touch, 20-day signature process to a near-autonomous, 5-click experience. This means defining which steps disappear, which become product-led, and which stay human, then shipping that vision with Product and Engineering. You own conversion, time-to-list, and CSAT through the transition. Nothing drops.
2. Build the GTM operating model that scales across markets
Design seller journeys that are adaptive by segment (high-touch vs. automated) and exportable by design. Work directly with PMs to turn operational insights into product requirements. The test: could a new market launch with 20% of the current ops team? That's your target architecture.
3. Make the P&L impact visible and accountable
Build the analytics layer (funnel conversion, unit economics per seller, cost-to-serve, listing velocity) and tie it to an OKR framework you own. You don't just report metrics; you're accountable for moving cost-to-serve down and contribution margin up. The dashboards you build should make the link between operational efficiency and financial performance obvious to the exec team.
4. Multiply team productivity through automation
Truly understand the current funnel and productivity opportunities, identify and eliminate every manual, low-value task across the seller funnel. Your benchmark: 30%+ productivity gain across the AE/SDR team in 90 days, freeing capacity for what actually requires human judgment.
- Have 5+ years redesigning complex operational funnels in high-growth environments — not just running them.
- You've shipped structural changes, not just process tweaks.
- Think in unit economics and can connect an operational decision to its P&L impact without needing finance to draw the line.
- Are fluent in English and French.
- Have real experience working with Product teams to turn ops problems into product solutions, not just filing tickets.
- Deeply hands-on with data (SQL, dashboards, spreadsheets) and with automation tools. You've built workflows that killed manual processes and seen the leverage.
- Navigate ambiguity and cross-functional complexity without needing formal authority. You lead through clarity and speed.
- Get excited about building something exportable you design for the next market, not just the current one.
