Business Operations Manager
•
Stockly is a highly technical platform tackling one of the hardest problems in e-commerce: real-time, cross-merchant inventory sharing at scale.
As a Business Operations profile, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Stockly’s growth by driving strategic, transversal projects at the intersection of business, operations, and tech.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role:
- You act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- You turn complex and unstructured data into clear action plans
- You directly contribute to Stockly’s operational excellence and strategic execution
- You help design and scale processes in a fast-growing environment
This role is ideal for profiles who enjoy complex problem-solving, ownership, and intellectual challenge, and who want to deeply understand how a high-growth tech company operates end-to-end.
As a Business Operations Manager, your mission is to help Stockly scale efficiently by supporting and driving high-impact strategic initiatives across teams.
- Act as a key transversal link between teams (tech & business) to drive strategic cross-functional projects forward
- Track and support high-impact business initiatives with precision — several promising projects are already identified but yet to be launched
- Design creative solutions to complex retailer challenges (operational issues, e-commerce specifics, cross-country setups)
- Ensure business processes are monitored, measured, and continuously improved
- Monitor, measure, and continuously improve business and operational processes, using relevant KPIs
- Leverage data analysis, no-code tools, and automation (e.g. SQL, n8n/Make, prompt engineering) to increase efficiency and impact
- Day-0 mentality: you join us to help build an outstanding company together. This is only the beginning of the adventure — you won’t be a simple passenger
- Strong analytical and logical thinking: you enjoy solving complex problems through structured reasoning
- Data-driven mindset: you’re comfortable exploring data and building pragmatic solutions using data and no-code tools
- Excellent communication skills: you’re able to interact efficiently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

My personal take
We are following Eliott and Stockly's team since 2022 and team has been growing massively, from 50 to 100 people.
The solution is a game changer: when you see an out-of-stock item on an e-commerce website, chances are you leave that website and try to find the same item on another site. If you operate an e-commerce website, Stockly lets you sell items even when they’re currently out of stock. The startup automatically finds a third-party Stockly supplier with that specific item.
