The Account Executive Consumer team is central to Zefir's growth strategy, responsible for converting inbound leads into satisfied clients. Each team member directly contributes to revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of sales processes.

Mission
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, guiding prospects from initial contact through to contract signing.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and creating tailored action plans.
  • Track and manage weekly performance KPIs across emails, calls, and video interactions.
  • Analyze client interactions to identify conversion improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate on optimizing internal sales processes and messaging.
  • Relay valuable client feedback to support product enhancement.
Expected
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record.
  • Educational background from a business school, sales training, or equivalent (IUT/BTS/Commercial License).
  • Strong business sense, negotiation capabilities, and relationship management skills.
  • Motivation to exceed targets in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Passionate about contributing to the innovation of real estate transactions.
