Zefir is at the inflection point where brand becomes the growth multiplier. You arrive with product-market fit proven, a unique brand identity, and a clear ambition. What's missing is the person to take the Zefir brand from promising to iconic.
As Brand & Creative Lead, you'll own everything that shapes how Zefir looks & feels in the eyes of Sellers, Buyers & Agents, ship campaigns that move numbers, grow a community that becomes a competitive moat, and make Zefir the most talked-about company in French real estate.
You'll report to Constance, our Growth & Marketing Lead, managing & building your team, and work daily with Growth, Product, Sales, and a bench of external partners (PR agency, influencers, freelance creatives). You'll have the autonomy & resources to move fast & aim high.
1️⃣ Build the foundations: structure, culture, vision
- The team exists but it's early. Your job is to design what comes next: what does the org look like at 5 people, at 15, at 50? In-house, outsourced, hybrid? You make the call, you own the tradeoffs.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing squad. Set the bar impossibly high on speed, empathy, and ownership, then give people the tools and autonomy to clear it.
- Define what world-class support looks like at Zefir. Not a copy-paste from your last company, a vision built for a marketplace that moves at startup speed with real-estate complexity.
2️⃣ Kill response times, own customer satisfaction
- Current response times? Too slow. Your mandate is to slash them, through tooling, self-service, automation, and ruthless process redesign.
- Own CSAT as a north star. Sellers and agents must feel informed, confident, and taken care of at every single touchpoint. No exceptions.
- Spot churn risks before they become churn. Build the early warning systems, the escalation paths, the recovery playbooks, all of it.
3️⃣ Supercharge the feedback loop: partner with Product, Sales & Ops
- Support isn't a cost center. It's an intelligence center. Every ticket is a signal. Build the system that turns customer pain into product roadmap, sales enablement, and operational improvements.
- Drive cross-functional projects: automation, AI-powered triage, process redesign, you don't wait for permission, you ship and prove impact.
- Build the dashboards the team actually needs: resolution time, CSAT trends, ticket drivers, team performance, all in one place, real-time, no guessing.
- 7–10 years in brand marketing at a high-growth B2C company (tech, fintech, marketplace, consumer app).
- You've built brand presence at scale, not just managed it. You've personally grown communities, shipped campaigns, and driven measurable business impact through brand.
- Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns (social media, PR, influencer/ambassadors): you've done it yourself, not just managed agencies doing it.
- Strong creative eye: you can brief, review, and produce content occasionally when needed with a clear understanding of channel-content fit.
- You're a builder and an operator, not just a creative thinker. You're equally comfortable drafting a full-funnel content strategy, jumping on Midjourney to fix a visual, or managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-informed: you use metrics (share of voice, engagement, CAC contribution, conversion) to make decisions, not just to report. You know how to connect brand activity to business outcomes.
- Fluent in French (native-level copywriting) and English.

Leur approche unique permet aux vendeurs de bénéficier de la collaboration de tous les agents de leur réseau, assurant ainsi une vente jusqu'à deux fois plus rapide. De plus, le marché de l'immobilier redémarre enfin :-)
