As Buyer Operations Manager, your mission is to remove friction at every step of the buyer journey — delivering a seamless, reassuring, and unforgettable experience for every home seeker. Your mission will be to transition from human-heavy, semi-automated workflows to a AI-powered processes designed to radically elevate the buyer experience elevating impact, speed, and satisfaction to another level.
You’ll work at the intersection of Operations, Sales, and Growth, playing a pivotal role in the go-to-market strategy, buyer activation, and conversion. Your goal: enhance buyer value perception while streamlining internal processes to boost the Sales Buyer team’s efficiency.

1. Buyer Experience Optimization
- Design and continuously improve processes that maximize buyer satisfaction, from increasing response rates to providing timely, relevant information and reassurance (e.g., pricing transparency, document understanding, risk mitigation).
- Scale our AI-powered agent assistant, giving buyers 24/7 support to book visits, access key property insights, and stay informed.
2. Sales Enablement & Process Efficiency
- Analyze and optimize the entire buyer sales funnel in collaboration with the Buyers Sales team, from lead qualification to conversion (outreach, funnel steps, scripts, etc.).
- Equip Sales with the best-in-class tools, CRM setup (Hubspot), and automations to improve productivity and conversion rates.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Prioritization
- Build and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to monitor buyer satisfaction, team performance, and conversion metrics.
- Define and drive buyer-related priorities through a clear OKR framework and execute roadmap.
4. New Business Structuring
- Help lay the foundations for our new buyer marketplace, ensuring optimal conversion and retention. Your impact will directly shape Zefir’s position as the go-to real estate platform in France to find your dream home.
- Have 3–6 years of proven experience in operations or consulting, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Are impact-driven, always pushing for results and energized by moving fast.
- Feel comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex, unstructured problems into actionable steps.
- Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform decisions (SQL, Gsheet)
- Have a tech-savvy mindset, excited by the power of automation and AI to scale and streamline.
- Thrive in cross-functional teams, with a collaborative mindset and a drive to lead transversal projects to success.
