The Content Manager role is at the heart of our strategy: transforming complex messages (real estate, data, product, market) into clear, actionable, and high-performing content capable of fueling both B2C and B2B growth.
This role is designed for someone who loves to produce, test, iterate, and measure. You understand that content serves both brand awareness and conversion. You will work across the entire funnel: activation, nurturing, acquisition, and sales enablement, in direct collaboration with the Brand, Growth, Product, and Sales teams.
1. Performance & Activation Oriented Content
- Create high-impact content for activation campaigns (emails, landing pages, ads).
- Develop webinars and events (scripts, materials, follow-ups).
- Produce white papers, guides, and studies.
- Write high-value articles optimized for SEO and conversion.
- Adapt messaging according to the target audience: sellers, buyers, agents, or B2B partners.
- Transform an idea, insight, or product topic into quickly deployable content.
2. B2C & B2B Content Strategy
- Produce educational and inspiring content for the general public.
- Design expert-level content for B2B audiences (agents, partners, real estate players).
- Understand the business stakes behind every initiative (lead gen, activation, closing, retention).
3. Activation & Distribution
- Work hand-in-hand with the Growth team to break down content into actionable formats (ads, emails, social, landing pages).
- Optimize messaging based on specific channels.
- Participate in structuring complete campaigns, from messaging and format to distribution.
4. Culture of Testing & Performance
- Test different angles, formats, and messages.
- Monitor content performance (engagement, CTR, leads, conversions).
- Iterate quickly: amplify what works and stop what doesn't.
- 3-5 years of experience: Track record in creative strategy or content roles within fast-paced tech companies or agencies, with a direct impact on business revenue.
- Acquisition-led copywriting: Expert at crafting high-converting copy across the funnel from viral ads and landing pages to nurturing email sequences.
- Data-driven iteration: Comfortable using A/B testing and performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates) to double down on what works.
- Operational rigor & speed: Ability to move fast and produce "clean" content, while building repeatable frameworks and streamline production.
- Strategic proactivity: A self-starter who challenges briefs, brings bold ideas to the table, and thrives in the space between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
