As our Growth Conversion specialist, you’ll play a key role in Zefir’s exponential trajectory (x2.5-x3 YoY).
Your mission: build a hyper-efficient, high-converting funnel that drives a critical part of our growth.
- You’ll continuously optimize our website’s user journey and leverage automated, AI-powered CRM strategies to activate, nurture and re-engage our B2C clients (Sellers & Buyers).
- This is a high-impact role, where your builder mindset, analytical skills & creativity will be instrumental to fuel Zefir’s rapid growth and redefine the real estate experience for millions of homeowners.
Maximize funnel performance
- Increase conversion rates: Drive higher conversion from website visitors to qualified leads by optimizing the user journey.
- Track, test, and optimize: Continuously monitor funnel performance, conduct A/B tests, and apply data-driven insights to improve conversion at every stage, collaborating closely with Product, Growth acquisition, and Sales teams.
Activate and nurture leads through CRM automation
- Engage non-converting leads: Design and implement automated CRM campaigns to re-engage leads who didn’t convert on the website and guide them to book qualification calls with sales.
- Build multi-channel re-engagement campaigns: Develop long-term CRM campaigns to nurture leads, ensuring we stay top-of-mind and maximize the share of business coming from re-engaged contacts.
Develop customer insights & analytics to boost conversion
- Leverage data for insights: Analyze existing funnel data and gather customer insights to build dynamic personas and fine-tune the funnel and messaging for maximum conversion.
- Create a reactivation score: Understand the triggers behind re-engagement & develop a scoring to capture those early signals of interest to ensure timely follow-ups when leads are ready to move forward with their project.
Leverage AI for scalable impact
- Build personalized experiences at scale: Use persona segmentation and AI-driven personalization to create tailored experiences for each lead at every stage of the funnel.
- Design impactful pre-purchase experiences: Implement automated workflows that deliver valuable content (e.g., free tools) before a lead even signs a mandate, fostering long-term engagement and consideration.
- Experience: +5 years in RevOps, Growth, conversion optimization, or CRM automation. Track record of driving significant business growth in a fast-paced & challenging environment by boosting conversion and revenue efficiency
- Builder mindset: You’re a self-starter with a hands-on approach. You love to build things from 0 to 1, using no-code / low-code tools like Zapier, Webflow, and AI agents
- Extremely analytical : At ease with manipulating SQL queries, tracking and analyzing conversion data to continuously improve funnel performance. Strong experience with A/B testing, user behaviour analysis and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude etc.)
- Client-focused: Strong understanding of the key challenges at each stage of the customer journey. Skilled in persona segmentation and crafting persuasive content with tailored messaging for each client & each funnel stage. Familiar with leveraging AI for at-scale personalized content creation.
- CRM automation skills (or strong appetite) : Hands-on experience managing CRM campaigns through automated workflows (experience with Customer.io is a plus)
