As our Growth Ops, you’ll play a key role in Zefir’s rapid scale (x2.5–x3 YoY growth). Your mission: build a scalable, hyper-efficient revenue engine that drives a critical part of our revenue.

Combining revenue operations, automation & CRM, you’ll own the operational backbone of the revenue generation funnel, continuously optimizing the customer journey and leveraging AI-powered tools & automated workflows to activate, nurture, and re-engage our B2C clients (Sellers & Buyers).

This is a high-impact role where your builder mindset, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving will be instrumental in scaling our revenue engine, establishing Zefir as the 1st AI-powered real estate platform in Europe.

Mission

Develop customer insights & analytics

  • Turn data into revenue levers: analyze the B2C funnel to identify where value is lost (speed to lead, qualification quality, conversion drop-offs), then translate insights into dynamic personas, tighter processes, and sharper messaging that improve conversion efficiency.
  • Create an intent-based score : map client’s behavioural triggers and develop a scoring model that identifies early intent signals, prioritizes follow-ups according to lead quality, and automates routing/timing so Sales focus on the highest-likelihood, highest-value opportunities.

Maximize efficiency through lead activation and nurturing

  • Automate recovery of lost demand: design and ship CRM automations that re-engage non-converting leads, qualify them, and guide them to book Sales calls, capturing revenue that would otherwise be missed.
  • Scale multi-channel revenue workflows: build automated, multi-touch campaigns (email, SMS, etc) that keep Zefir top-of-mind, smartly reactivate the right audience at the right moment, and increase the share of revenue coming from re-engaged contacts with minimal manual effort and maximal AI-led personalization.

Optimize the revenue generation engine

  • Improve revenue yield end-to-end: optimize the website journey to increase visitor → qualified lead conversion & improve lead quality, reduce friction, and strengthen hand-offs to Sales so more pipeline turns into revenue.
  • Run a rigorous test-and-iterate operating cadence: monitor funnel health continuously, run A/B tests, and operationalize learnings into repeatable playbooks in close partnership with Product, Acquisition, and Sales.
  • Developing a smart flywheel starting with Buyers and gradually turning them into Sellers as their project mature by detecting and activating on early intent signals.

Leverage AI for at-scale personalization and automation

  • Automate tailored journeys at scale: combine persona segmentation with AI-driven personalization to generate tailored messages and pages across the funnel, increasing revenue per lead through higher-quality engagement and better qualification.
  • Build pre-purchase value loops: implement automated workflows that deliver genuinely useful content (e.g. free tools) before a Seller is signed, increasing trust, shortening time-to-sign, and improving pipeline efficiency through consistent, automated nurturing.
Expected

Track record

  • 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, conversion optimization, or CRM automation. Proven track record of driving significant business growth in a fast-paced and challenging environment by boosting conversion and revenue efficiency.

Strategic builder mindset

  • You’re a self-starter with a hands-on approach, used to delivering measurable business impact. You love to build things from 0 to 1, experiment quickly and autonomously, and ship improvements using no-code / low-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Webflow) and automation.

Extremely analytical

  • At ease manipulating SQL queries, tracking and analyzing data to continuously improve funnel performance. Bonus if you have experience with A/B testing, user behaviour analysis, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, etc.).

Business-focused

  • You focus on delivering a measurable business impact : you’re used to identifying friction in the funnel and building systems that concretely improve revenue growth, efficiency ans scalability - not just on crafting well-designed workflows

AI & no-code tooling

  • Comfortable leveraging AI (and tools like Lovable / AI agents) to build automated tools, pages, processes etc that bring real value to clients (e.g. free comparison tools, personalized guidance, dynamic content) and keep leads engaged until they’re ready to sign, while also improving internal efficiency (segmentation, personalization, scoring, workflow automation).

CRM automation skills (or strong appetite)

  • Hands-on experience managing CRM campaigns through automated workflows (experience with Customer.io is a plus).
